Return & Refund Policy
As we deal in used textile machinery, all products are sold subject to buyer inspection and mutual agreement.
No Standard Returns
Returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once the transaction has been completed and the machinery has been handed over or dispatched.
Buyer Inspection Responsibility
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the machinery personally or request detailed photos, videos, specifications, and operating details before confirming the purchase.
Condition & Performance
As the machinery is pre-owned, normal wear and tear may be present. Buyers acknowledge and accept the condition of the equipment at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
If the delivered product materially differs from the mutually agreed specifications, buyers must notify us in writing within
48 hours of delivery
with supporting evidence.
Resolution
Upon review of the claim, we may, at our discretion, offer an appropriate resolution such as clarification, replacement (if available), partial adjustment, or other mutually agreed settlement.
